Diversity is a street dance group that won 'Britain's Got Talent' in 2009.
The group consists of eleven dancers, all of which are from the areas of East London or Essex in England.
The dance troupe was formed in 2007, and won the 'Street Dance Weekend 2007'. They then decided to compete in BGT in 2009.
The lead choreographer in the group is Ashley Banjo, whose brother Jordan Banjo is also in the group. The rest of the group is comprised of -
brothers Sam Craske and Mitchell Craske, Ian McNaughton, Jamie McNaughton and Matthew McNaughton, and Perri Luc Kiely, Warren Russell, Ike Ezekwugo and Terry Smith.
Almost 20 million people in the UK tuned in to the final of 'Britain's Got Talent', and watched as Diversity performed and beat fellow competition hopefuls Susan Boyle and Julian Smith, who took second and third place respectively.
After winning BGT, they performed before the Queen at the Royal Variety Performance on 7 December 2009. They are continuing to tour and perform, with a sold out 27-date tour in March and April in 2010.
